We then process these orders into our systems in such way that the order is directly allocated to the right carrier, against the rate that was agreed on upfront and where and if possible, consolidated with other shipments. We continuously monitor the status of the consignment and if requested we provide you with a delivery notification. Of course, pro-activity is key to us and we will not only let you know on the instant when a deviation from the usual process has occurred but also and more important how we are solving it!
After delivery of the shipment we process the carriers’ invoices and pay them so that for you only 1 periodical invoice remains containing a conveniently arranged overview of all transports carried out.
